I can’t understand this. Basically the Government said we would all pay less but Octopus are saying we will all pay more?

tbh I’m thinking maybe it’s because we all fixed 12 or 18 or 24 months ago and prices keep going up …maybe only 2 or 3p each time but with us being fixed we miss the 2 or 3p rises which add up to say 15p then it drops 3p ..to some it still =s a 12p rise
