I need opinions from any design savvy folk on here on lighting in a bathroom. We are getting this bathroom design (kinda) next. The window is south facing and there is lighting from the LED cabinet above the vanity. Just trying to ascertain ceiling lights – should I go for tiltable recess lights – I was thinking maybe two that would be behind where you stand at the vanity and one above the shower? Or should I go for a split bar light fitting with 4 lamps? Which would probably have to go in the centre of the bathroom? I like adjustable as then I can adjust to not get any dark spots. Will probably use Hue lamps in them.

    Thanks for your input.

Ooooh and if it works/feesable make the window bigger/lower so u can watch the world go by while ur soaking … of course this might not work if ur window backs on to a playground/train line

This isn’t exactly the size of the window, it is an existing one which is quite big..

currently the bath is around another way but when we move it and I open the window while having a shower, the window will be boob height!! Only one person may be able to see in, and with binoculars, but still!! Partner wanted to change around the opening of it, but don’t think it is warranted.
