Garage Conversion Quote in Oxfordshire
Hi Oxfordshire based and planning already in place. How much should we be looking at for this job start to finish please?
Have just been quoted £42000+ Vat for the whole job.

42,000 plus vat will not be the full amount there is always
Extras ect or hidden things I.e ground works electrics ect
42k seems ok maybe a touch high due to no footings needing to be dug for the garage as it’s being converted
But it would be around that figure

I have been doing construction since I left school I have built to much to list but I could beat the quote on a fixed price so no other costs would be incurred if you want a quote please pm me I have my own plant and I have plenty of reference for you as I have been living in the house I built for 13 years

We used these guys for an extension and garage conversion in the summer of 2024 and highly recommend them.
