Convert garage into bedroom in the South East
Hi all, need help with cost process to convert the garage into bedroom with ensuite… the idea is to redo the roof across to utility as well… and need to raise the floor too… with front window.

3 years ago I had a lounge done it works about 1k per square but probably a bit more now adding the plumbing at extra cost…building Regulations only much cheaper than extensions….

We have just transformed our old garage into a kitchen – new pitched roof at a different height to previous flat roof meant foundations needed to be installed! Whole garage was knocked down and rebuilt – wasn’t cheap!!
